May highlights: Mother’s Day, BurgerFest, the long weekend and more local food!

April showers really do lead to May flowers, it seems—after a wet, chilly couple of days, we’re being rewarded with beautiful blue skies, warmer temperatures and glorious sunshine. We hope you’re enjoying this gorgeous weather as much as we are!

May is a busy time of year for a lot of families, and also for the Rowe Farms team. From our retail locations to the farm, there’s a lot going on at the moment! BurgerFest at Rowe Farms

May is BurgerFest at Rowe Farms, and we couldn’t be more excited! This is a great opportunity to stock up on high quality Ontario beef burgers at a great price.

Here's how it works: when you buy a package of our grass-fed beef burgers, sirloin burgers or gourmet steak burgers during the month of May, the cost works out to just $2.75 per patty. These options come frozen and contain 8 burgers per package. If you'd rather buy fresh burgers, we're also offering our delectable beef brisket burgers for just $4.50 each (sold in packages of two).

This deal is being offered to registered Solar Dollar Rewards members only, but good news—there's no cost to sign up, and it only takes a couple of minutes to create your free account. This offer will be available throughout the month of May. There is a limit of one package per customer per day on frozen burgers and two packages per day on our fresh brisket burgers. Spring produce is here and asparagus is on its way! This is one of the best times of the year to enjoy fresh Ontario produce. We love asparagus wrapped in bacon or served beside a juicy Ontario beef steak! We love a long weekend, and Victoria Day is no exception. The first long weekend of the year is always a good time, and our fingers are crossed for more of this beautiful weather.
