Delivery Details
LOCAL DELIVERY (0-5km) - We offer FREE DELIVERY within 5km of our store locations when you spend $100 or more. Any order under $100 will have a $10 shipping fee.
LOCAL DELIVERY (5-8km) - We offer FREE DELIVERY within 5-8km of our store locations when you spend $150 or more. Any order under $150 will have a $10 shipping fee.
LOCAL DELIVERY (8-20km) - We offer FREE DELIVERY within 8-20km of our store locations when you spend $150 or more. Any order under $150 will have a $20 shipping fee.
QUEEN WEST DELIVERY AREA - We are still offering delivery to our Queen West area, fulfilled by Rowe Farms Roncesvalles. FREE DELIVERY within 5km of our store when you spend $100 or more. Any order under $100 will have a $10 shipping fee. Delivery within 5-8km will have a $15 shipping fee–thank you!
ORDER ADD-ONS - If you call in and add products onto your online order that brings it over the minimum order amount we will credit back the shipping fee.
SAME DAY DELIVERY - Order by 7am and your order will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 7am will be processed the following day.
DELIVERY WINDOW - We will deliver between noon and 8pm our goal is between 1pm and 6pm.
NOTIFICATIONS - We will contact you via email when your order is out for delivery.
Pick-Up Details
SAME DAY PICK-UP - Order by 7am and your order will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 7am will be processed the following day.
PICK-UP WINDOW - Your order will be available between 1pm and store closing.
