Sauerkraut

Sweet, salty, sour and acidic, sauerkraut is a classic German condiment that is amazing on hot dogs, in stews or with smoked meats. Country Flavour has been making jams and preserves in Ariss, Ontario since 2009. They also grow fresh produce.
