This muffin mix has a robust blend of organic spelt, kamut and oats, and just enough organic cane sugars for the aromatic flavour of the grains to shine through. This delicious, popular product is produced in a nut-free environment. Grainstorm Heritage Baking is based in Fordwich, Ontario. They produce artisan baking mixes that are handmade in small batches with low waste and minimal processing. Their flour is milled the old-fashioned way: between two slabs of Carolina granite.
