January can feel like a long month, but we’ve reached the final stretch. Spring is less than 8 weeks away, February is almost here and there’s plenty to look forward to in the weeks ahead. Valentine’s Day

This year, Valentine’s Day falls on a Friday—so why not plan a romantic night in? We recommend making a delicious prime rib, a roast chicken with lemon and rosemary, or a Tomahawk steak. If you like surf n’ turf, all of our Ontario beef steaks pair beautifully with lobster, shrimp or crab. Want a more casual vibe?
