A note of gratitude plus Thanksgiving reminders from Rowe Farms

Thanksgiving weekend is upon us, and the Rowe Farms team is ready to enjoy plenty of delicious food and good company in the days ahead. Let’s hope this glorious weather continues! The mix of sunshine, (slightly) cooler temperatures and gorgeous fall colours has been absolutely spectacular, and will be a real treat for anyone who’s cooking outside this weekend.

Before it’s time to put that fresh Ontario turkey in the oven, we’d like to share a few notes of gratitude from our team, plus helpful reminders for customers. Thanks for shopping local—we hope you have an incredible holiday weekend with your loved ones!

What we’re thankful for

There are a few things we’re eternally grateful for: our wonderful families, our good health, our friends and neighbours, and the amazing communities we live, work and play in. This includes the city of Guelph as well as the communities of Roncesvalles, Leslieville, Beaches, Bloor West Village and The Danforth in Toronto. And of course, we’re grateful to you, the customers who buy local food and support Ontario farmers. There would be no Rowe Farms without you!

Many thanks also go out to our amazing staff in Guelph and Toronto for all of their hard work and dedication, especially during these busy holiday seasons. We appreciate you and hope you enjoy some downtime with your loved ones this weekend!

Last-minute reminders

Thanksgiving deliveries have already commenced—if you placed an order for home delivery, you should have received an email with your final invoice details attached. These invoices must be paid in full before your delivery is made. In-store pick ups will be taking place as scheduled until the end of the day on Sunday (6pm in Toronto, 5pm in Guelph). We recommend bringing a cooler or insulated bag to help transport your items home!

If you didn’t place your holiday order ahead of time or need additional products, please call or visit your neighbourhood Rowe Farms market for assistance. We’ll have a limited supply of turkeys, ham, roasts and other holiday products available while supplies last. Please note that all of our retail locations will be closed on Thanksgiving Monday, so Sunday is your last opportunity to shop. If you have any questions or require assistance, please contact us.
