Our Gluten-Free Spicy Mexican Pork Sausages are made in-house with natural casings using our legendary farm-raised Pork.  Our master sausage makers use our special blend of seasonings and bring a little bit of Mexican spice to your next dinner or bbq.  

A word about our Pork - All of our pork is grown locally by mennonite farmers here in Southern Ontario.  Our pigs are raised without the use of antibiotics and fed vegetarian diets - which ensures no animal byproducts in the feed.
